Our vision was to carefully select the less known and more peaceful Dalmatian locations along the coast and islands and connect it with the value of traditional Dalmatian architecture with modern materials and advances in the profession. Equally so, to create a residential area according to the co-existence with nature which would enable a better quality of housing and leisure to all our costumers and clients, an area that you will feel and experience as if you created it yourself.
